France Telecom R&D UK selected Ignite Marketing
to conduct market research and then develop a marketing strategy for
a new type of mobile phone operating system.
This considerable project
conducted over several months began with street questionnaires throughout
the UK, followed by Focus Groups, each containing specific user demographics.
Together with considerable industry secondary research the results of
this research was enveloped into a cohesive strategic marketing plan,
fully supporting the business case for this products development. The
work was completed with a detailed economic analysis to test the financial
credibility of the product.
